After working at Baker Hughes, she founded Sepha Energies in 2024 to enhance operational efficiency and local content development. With degrees in Mathematics/Computer Science and an M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering, Sandra is committed to innovation and inclusive leadership in Africa's energy sector.
