Sandra Ekpe Agho, is a seasoned petroleum engineer with over 15 years of experience, leads Sepha Energies Limited, a Nigerian firm specializing in advanced upstream oil and gas services. After working at Baker Hughes, she founded Sepha Energies in 2024 to enhance operational efficiency and local content development. With degrees in Mathematics/Computer Science and an M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering, Sandra is committed to innovation and inclusive leadership in Africa's energy sector.

Mansaray Abraham

Chairman

Abraham Mansaray is the Board Chairman of Sepha Energies Limited, leveraging his extensive leadership experience from Noranova Resources Company Limited. With deep expertise in the oil and gas industry, he guides Sepha Energies in delivering innovative upstream solutions across Nigeria and West Africa, ensuring strong governance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth aligned with the company's mission to enhance local content and industry impact.

We are guided by a multidisciplinary leadership team that brings more than 50 years of combined experience across upstream operations, technical service delivery, project execution, finance, and strategic management. This leadership team merges hands-on expertise with boardroom acumen, united by a common vision to enhance indigenous capacity, drive operational excellence, and elevate the standards of oilfield service delivery in Nigeria and throughout the broader Sub-Saharan African region.
