Local Content Statement

SEPHA Energies Limited's local content policy is guided by a steadfast commitment to building a globally competitive company led by highly skilled Nigerian professionals. We are dedicated to fully adhering to the Nigerian Content Development (NCD) directives established by the Federal Republic of Nigeria, prioritizing the use of local content, materials, suppliers, and manpower sourced from Nigeria. This includes services and facilities—whether professional or otherwise—provided by Nigerians or companies incorporated in Nigeria, unless exhaustive research confirms their unavailability domestically.

To ensure complete compliance with NCD guidelines, SEPHA Energies will conduct all engineering activities, establish the Project Management Team (PMT), and the Project Procurement Centre (PPC) within Nigeria, while ensuring in-country servicing of tools and equipment. We are committed to meeting the Federal Government of Nigeria’s target of achieving a minimum of 70% Nigerian Content in total monetary expenditures by strategically leveraging local human and material resources, all while upholding safety, health, and environmental standards. Our dedication is reflected in our value-adding initiatives, which include capacity building for local talent, technology transfer and mentorship programs, expanding our operational footprint, investing in Nigeria, fostering opportunities in human resources, developing Nigerian contractors and suppliers, and driving innovations that enhance Nigerian content development.

The enforcement and implementation of this policy are overseen by the Chief Executive Officer, with the commitment of management and staff to diligently upholding these principles and improving key performance indicators.
